Our innovative price comparison system allows you to shop at over 100 different online retailers at once, and find the lowest prices on the best gear among them. Oh yeah and when you buy gear through our site, we give you cash back. Pretty sweet huh?
Why do I need to be an Active Junky Member?
You gotta be an Active Junky member so that you can get involved in our user reviews and post comments about the new gear you've purchases. You've also gotta sign up so that we can keep track of your purchases and give you cash back and rewards for everything you buy through our site.

Why Didn't I Get My Cash Back?
We know you’re smart. We know you want your cash back. That’s why you’re here and that’s why you’re shopping with Active Junky. Let’s figure this out quickly so that you can get back to doing what you love.
How long does it take for my cash back to show up in my Active Junky account?
Like all good things, Active Junky takes time. Our confirmation email shows up within an hour (generally), but it takes some retailers one business day to process the transaction. If it’s been less than one business day since you made your purchase, make sure you give it a full 24 hours.

If you’re wondering when your cash back will show up via check or PayPal, our payout occurs every 90 days.

What should I do if I don't see my Cash Back?
If after 1 business day you still don't see your purchase in your account, Contact Us to create an inquiry. From there, you can provide us with your transaction information and we’ll see what we do to get you your cash back.

Once we have your info, we submit a claim to the retailer. The retailer has to both verify your purchase and make sure that it was tracked from an Active Junky link. Some retailers are quicker than others. On average, this process takes around 5 business days, so please bear with us. We appreciate your patience.

If it’s been two weeks since you submitted a claim and you haven’t heard from us, go ahead and shoot us an email at support@activejunky.com. Be sure to reference the ticket number from your original inquiry. We will try to speed up the process.
Why didn't Active Junky track my transaction?
There are several reasons why we cannot track a transaction: There are certain instances when retailers can’t prove that you made the purchase from Active Junky. When this happens, the purchase doesn’t show up on our end, we do not earn commission and we subsequently have no cash back to give you! Here are the main causes for confusion:

  1. You tried to use multiple discounts from different websites before completing the purchase.
  2. You clicked a link from another affiliate marketing site that negated Active Junky's tracking.
  3. You spoke with a site's customer service and they took down your credit card information to make the purchase. This doesn't allow us to track your purchase since it was not made directly from an Active Junky link.
  4. You used Rewards Points, Gifts Cards or other discounts that the retailer does not allow to be credited to affiliate sites.
  5. You used a coupon code found on another website which credited that website for the purchase, not Active Junky.
  6. You clicked on a link from a retailer or an email from another site.

Will I get junk email from Active Junky?
No. We are junkies, not junkards. We will only shoot you emails with the most pertinent information regarding your recent orders and newest deals on the site.

Glad you asked. Explore is our online media community. It's the perfect place to read about upcoming events, read user reviews of all sorts of products, watch videos of our users getting extreme, and contribute your own comments or media to fuel our community of junkies.
What is Active Junky Cash Back?
Active Junky Cash Back is a monetary bonus we pay you for shopping with us! The Active Junky Cash Back program allows you to purchase gear from any of our 100+ retailers and receive a Cash Back bonus from Active Junky. By having relationships with these retailers we are able to hook you up. Just log into the Active Junky site, navigate to your favorite retailer or product of choice, and purchase.
How do I get Active Junky Cash Back?
You get AJ Cash Back after logging into Active Junky, clicking on a product link or retailer link and making a purchase on one of our affiliate sites. Every 3 months we will deposit your cash back balance into your paypal account or we will send you a check. Up to you!
How long do I have to wait to see money in my cash back account?
You will be able to see your cash back in your AJ account the next business day.
How long until my cash back is available?
Your cash back will be sent out to you through Paypal or mailed check every 90 days.
How is my cash back given to me?
Your Cash Back can be received one of two ways. You can either receive a check in the mail, or a deposit into your paypal account. You can also donate some of your cash to a charity of your choice.
How do I make a return or exchange?
When you make purchases through AJ, we aren't the ones sending you gear. We are simply helping you reach the right retailer. Therefore, if you need a return or exchange, please contact that retailer. Check your email for order confirmation and address the retailer directly. Your order confirmation number is only relevant to the retailer that you purchased your order from.
Can I come back to AJ later and still get cash back?
Absolutely. Just make sure that you are logged into AJ. If you log out, close your browser, or switch browsers, you will no longer be logged in and you will need to re-sign in to be eligible for Active Junky Cash Back. Just make sure you click on the product or retailer link and see our transition page telling you "are on your way to cash back!" If you don't see that page, you won't get your cash!
